February is well known for Oyster roasting in the Carolinas.  Time for a trip to the Kincer's to see Aunt Lucia and Uncle Steve.  They know how to cook um just right!  Yum, Yum....The fire has to carefully made to get a big bed of coals.  And you have to select a fine bottle of wine....just not any wine, here now!  So, let the games begin.
